Josh Hammer calls out the sabotage coming from America’s courts after the sudden dismissal of cases involving James Comey and Tish James. He breaks down the Pentagon’s review of Sen. Mark Kelly’s comments, explains how service members should respond to potentially illegal orders, and analyzes the newest signs of a possible Russia–Ukraine peace breakthrough. Josh closes with his take on MTG’s bombshell announcement that she’s quitting in early January.

Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek has declared a state of emergency to help keep fuel supplies steady ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
The move comes as the Olympic Pipeline — which provides more than 90% of Oregon’s fuel — remains shut down after a leak was discovered near Everett, Washington. BP crews have been working around the clock to locate the source of the leak, excavating roughly 200 feet of the 400-mile pipeline.
The emergency order temporarily waives certain regulations for commercial drivers hauling fuel, allowing trucks and ships to help maintain supply across the state.
State officials say they do not expect fuel shortages in Portland or at Portland International Airport, but drivers may experience higher prices as deliveries become more expensive during the outage.
A woman in Thailand was discovered alive inside her coffin just moments before she was scheduled for cremation.
The 65-year-old woman’s brother had brought her to a Buddhist temple near Bangkok, believing she had died. Temple staff heard a faint knock from the coffin and opened it to find her moving her arms and head.
Temple officials said they will cover her medical expenses as she recovers from the frightening ordeal.
The Pentagon is investigating Democratic Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona after the former Navy pilot appeared in a video calling on U.S. troops to defy what he described as “illegal orders.”
Pentagon officials cited a federal law that allows retired service members to be recalled to active duty and face possible court-martial or other actions if they violate military rules.
Kelly dismissed the investigation as the work of “bullies,” saying he has always upheld his oath to the Constitution.
It is extremely rare for the Pentagon to publicly threaten a sitting member of Congress with an investigation.

The Justice Department has renewed its request to unseal transcripts of grand jury proceedings that led to sex trafficking charges against Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. In a court filing Monday, federal prosecutors argued that the materials should be made public under a new law requiring the government to open up its files on the late financier and his longtime confidante. Manhattan U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton cited the Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed into law last week by President Donald Trump, in court filings asking federal judges to reconsider their prior decisions to keep the material sealed.
President Donald Trump says he will visit Beijing in April and host China’s President Xi Jinping for a state visit later next year. Trump and Xi also spoke by phone on Monday to discuss trade, Taiwan and Ukraine. China’s Foreign Ministry said that Xi told Trump that Taiwan’s return to mainland China is “an integral part of the postwar international order.” Trump said the two sides have kept their trade agreements “current and accurate” and that the leaders now can set their sights on the big picture.
