Phil Wickham Energetic ‘I Believe’ Concert Performance

One of the biggest names in Christian music Phil Wickham put on a dazzling and energetic performance of his hit song, “I Believe,” in front of thousands of screaming fans.

The world is full of all kinds of wickedness, evil and hatred. Since sin entered the world through the bite of that forbidden fruit, it has done nothing but hurt, destroy and cause endless amounts of pain. Sin continues to wreak havoc, with the proof all around us.

However, there is one and only one way to redemption, forgiveness of sin and everlasting life. Jesus Christ willingly went to the cross, enduring a brutal and agonizing death while carrying all the world’s sin and shame on Himself. Praise God He rose from the grave days later, securing the ultimate victory over sin, death and Hell.

In a video posted on YouTube, Phil sings “I Believe.” He belts out that he believes Jesus Christ is the only way to achieve salvation and forgiveness. It’s a song of worship and praise, thanking the Savior of the world for what He has done.

“I believe in the crucifixion
By His blood, I have been set free
I believe in the resurrection
Hallelujah, His life is death’s defeat”

Christ did what only He could have done. He made a way when there was not one. He brought hope to a hopeless and dying world.

Those gifts of the forgiveness of sin and salvation are offered freely today. The Bible states that all one must do is confess with their mouth that Christ is Lord and believe in their heart that God brought Him back from the dead and they will be saved.

Praise God for His grace, mercy and unfailing love.

Romans 10:9 “Because, if you say with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and have faith in your heart that God has made him come back from the dead, you will have salvation.”

MercyMe ‘Always Only Jesus’ Live Performance Video

One of the most popular and beloved Christian music bands, MercyMe, has turned in a moving and inspiring performance about Jesus Christ’s love, faithfulness and power.

Humans have a nasty and unfortunate habit of making a complete and utter mess of things. The first people to ever walk the earth willfully disobeyed the one command God gave them. Instead of adhering to God, their disobedience brought sin into the world.

Since the bite of that forbidden fruit, sin has done nothing but hurt and destroy, wreaking havoc on the world. But there is an answer to that sin, shame and death: Jesus Christ.

In a clip posted on YouTube, MercyMe sings “Always Only Jesus.” The emotional and beautifully written praise and worship tune tells of Christ’s power and victory over sin, death and Hell. Not even Hell will speak the name of Jesus, as the song’s lyrics state.

“Every breath I’m breathing will be filled with praise
Just for one name, always only Jesus
Let my heart cry holy, and my hands be raised
Just for one name, always only Jesus”

The sin unleashed by Adam and Eve is still destroying lives and relationships today. But praise God, Jesus Christ willfully went to the cross, shedding his blood for you and me. He suffered, died and later rose from the grave so that we may experience everlasting life with Him.

Because of His death on the cross, we no longer have to live in our sin and shame. We can be restored to a right relationship with the Savior of the world. Christ’s blood and forgiveness, freely offered to all, wash away all sin and shame.

That life-changing love, forgiveness of sin and offer of everlasting life are only available through one name: Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 12:2 “Having our eyes fixed on Jesus, the guide and end of our faith, who went through the pains of the cross, not caring for the shame, because of the joy which was before him, and who has now taken his place at the right hand of God’s seat of power.”

Danny Gokey Uplifting ‘I Got You’ Official Lyric Video

An immensely talented musician, Danny Gokey, turned in an emotional and uplifting performance, singing about God's love, protection and faithfulness.

Life is a series of unexpected events and situations, some of which can result in difficulty, hurt and sorrow. Everyone walking on Earth will encounter unfair and unpredictable circumstances, periods of confusion and dark valleys. Some times will pull, test and stretch the faith of Christians - even those who have followed Christ for decades.

However, God, in His word, promises on multiple occasions to never leave or forsake us during our time of need. He understands the situations, knows our hearts and is still in control even when He may appear to be absent.

In a clip posted on YouTube, former American Idol contest Danny Gokey sings, “I Got You.” It’s a tune about relying upon God, having faith and knowing He is still there through everything. He is by our side through every high and every low. God is faithful.

“Why should I tremble with worry and fear?
If I am your temple, You’re already here
Heaven surrounds me when I call Your name
There’s nothing that You cannot change”

Those beautifully written lyrics reinforce the idea found several times throughout God’s word that He is always guiding, directing and protecting. He provides healing and comfort during the storm. He can also bring hope to a situation that, at first and even second look, would appear to be hopeless.

Everyone will face terrible situations, hardships and trials. Those times may even cause us to ask questions of God. But Christians can stand on God’s promise that he will never leave or forsake us. He is merciful and loving and uses all things for the good of those who love Him.

Deuteronomy 7:9 “Be certain, then, that the Lord your God is God; whose faith and mercy are unchanging, who keeps his word through a thousand generations to those who have love for him and keep his laws;”

Anne Wilson’s Official Lyric Video For Upbeat ‘God And Country’

Anne Wilson, one of the most popular artists in the Christian music scene, has released the official lyric video for her upbeat and catchy tune “God & Country.”

Where and how we’re born and raised has a monumental impact on the person we become. Those experiences as a child, teen and young adult will shape our thoughts, opinions, feelings and actions. That’s why it's so crucial that children are raised in a secure and stable environment where they feel safe and loved.

In the official lyric video for her song “God & Country,” Anne Wilson sings about and embraces her upbringing and the lessons she learned as a child. She also sings that even though she is grateful for her life as a country girl growing up in Kentucky, she knows she has a much better life waiting, one above her.

“I’m washed in the water and mud on the tires
I’m Friday night lights and Sunday morning choir
I’m prayers up to heaven, roots down in Kentucky
Made by God and Country”

Anne is a talented young woman who continues to churn out hit after hit. There is seemingly no end to her ability to produce music that is both catchy and brings glory and honor to His name. She has done it again with her song “God & Country.”

It’s good to know and understand where we come from and how we got to where we are in life and to recognize the people who poured themselves into our lives. But as Anne’s song indicates, this is not the end. As much as we may appreciate and love our lives on Earth, this is only a temporary stop. For those who have accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior, something much better awaits.

John 14:2 “In my Father’s house are rooms enough; if it was not so, would I have said that I am going to make ready a place for you?”

'The Lord Will Provide' Passion And Landon Wolfe Live Performance

This is a beautiful piece of music, set in a stadium, with thousands worshiping along with the band. Landon Wolfe is the lead singer. This video is from the Passion Conference that took place in Atlanta, Georgia, January 3-5th, 2024.

The Passion Conference is for students and 18-25-year-olds who come together to live for what matters most. It is a time for worship, prayer, and justice. As you can see from the video, Passion brings a lot of passion during the worship sessions.

The conference happens every year, drawing young people together from all over the world. Allowing them to connect with others, grow in their faith, make memories, and take everything they have learned back to their own regular lives.

The song, ‘The Lord Will Provide’ is a good reminder that God will provide for us and that we don’t have to worry about what we need in this life.

“Every single time

The Lord will provide (I know)

My Father has it

My Father has it (Hey, so seek first)”

In the 2nd verse, the lyrics talk about how a sparrow lacks for nothing, and it should be a reminder that these birds don’t have to worry about what they need and that we shouldn’t either.

Young students today coming together is a great thing to witness. This song is a perfect reminder as the students are trying to find their way in the world, having to make different decisions, and trying to live their lives for the Lord.

Knowing that God will provide for us during every stage of our lives is important. It can take so much of the stress of daily life away and allow us to focus more on what truly matters.

“Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them: how much more are you better than the fowls?” - Luke 12:24

We The Kingdom Releases The Official Acoustic Video for 'The Plans'

A group of incredibly talented musicians, We The Kingdom, has released the official acoustic music video for their lovely and truth-filled song “The Plans.”

Everyday living can be a distressing and overwhelming experience. Some situations and circumstances can drive even the most sane, level-headed person to the brink. They can become so consumed and weighed down with worry and anxiety that going on and getting through another day feels like a monumental task.

However, while everyone worries about the future and has concerns about tomorrow, we really and truly should have none. Christians are supposed to give all their hopes, fears, worries and stress over to Him. God wants us to lay everything down at His feet. The Creator of the Universe has a plan, and it’s better than anything we could imagine.

In their song, “The Plans,” We The Kingdom sing about this very thing and turning everything over to Him. God is always there, constantly working and in control. God is ever faithful and loving. He is more than capable of handling anything we could throw His way.

“For I know the plans He has for me

Yes, I know the plans He has for me

For my good

To give me a hope and a future”

Of course, their song’s beautiful chorus comes right out of the Bible, from the Old Testament book of Jeremiah.

Worry, stress and anxiety have a way of finding everyone at one time or another. While no one enjoys being stressed, worry shows we care about the situation or circumstance. However, when it becomes debilitating or when the outcome of a situation is unclear, and the answers are hard to find, turn it over to God. We can rest assured that He has plans for you and me.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, said the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

Jeremy Camp’s Lyric Video For Moving ‘Perfect Love’

Incredibly talented Christian musician Jeremy Camp has released the official lyric video for this moving and uplifting song, “Perfect Love.”

Sadly, life is not always a fun-filled, happy-go-lucky experience. In fact, a lot of the time, it can be painful and result in tears. Everyday living and its stresses, worries and burdens will wear people down and cause them to question whether it’s time to throw in the towel.

There are situations and circumstances that may even cause us to question God, asking Him whether He knows what he’s doing and if He still cares. Those instances will pull, stretch and test our faith. No one enjoys such periods. They are painful. They hurt.

However, that pain and suffering may sometimes be a part of God’s plan. Those times may drive us to our knees, praying to God and asking for His help, guidance and direction. Perhaps because of that situation, you draw closer to Him and rely on His answers and timing because that’s all there is left to do.

Jeremy’s song “Perfect Love” is about such a time of extreme suffering and pain. Due to the pain, hurt and heartache, Jeremy, as he sings, dropped to his knees and went to the Lord in prayer.

Ultimately, Jeremy sings that despite the pain, he was grateful and thankful for that difficult situation. He was glad that he went through that season of trial and hardship. It brought him closer to God and to where he needed to be.

“I know one thing’s sure

Hanging on by the words of Your promise, Lord

You are good, you are true

Even in my pain”

God doesn’t waste anything. He can use our pain and suffering for our benefit to bring about something good from a seemingly lost and horrible situation.

But even during our suffering, while we may begin to question and doubt, God is still on the throne. He is faithful.

James 1:2-3 “Let it be all joy to you, my brothers, when you undergo tests of every sort; because you have the knowledge that the testing of your faith gives you the power of going on in hope;”

Jeremy Camp Unveils Powerful Lyric Video for 'Here I Am'

Immensely talented Christian musician Jeremy Camp has released the powerful and official lyric video for his song “Here I Am.”

People are fallen creatures. Everyone on Earth has failed, is flawed and has imperfections and blemishes. Even Christians who have followed Christ, adhering to His commands and teachings for decades, are flawed and imperfect. The Bible makes this abundantly clear in Romans, with Paul writing that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

That is why all must turn to God, asking for His forgiveness to obtain salvation and experience eternal life with Him. All must reach a place where they fall to their knees and call out to God, repenting of their sins.

Even after this act of repentance, Christians are still human, capable of sinning and failure. But God is always loving and merciful, quick to extend His grace to those who happen to stumble and fall. He will continue to work with and mold us into the person He wants us to be.

Jeremy’s song “Here I Am” is about this situation. All must realize that God is needed in their life. They must turn away from their sinful ways and lifestyle. But even after that, God is not done with us. He doesn’t simply cast us aside.

In a daily walk and relationship with Him, God will teach and reveal things to us. It’s through this constant communication and relationship Christians learn and grow, discovering more about God.

“Here I am

Falling to my knees, I’m crying out again

Jesus, take me deeper than I’ve ever been

Lord, here I am”

Accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and asking for forgiveness of your sins is a necessary step. But that’s not the end. God has so much more He wants to teach us and do with our lives. However, even when we fail, God is quick to extend His mercy and grace to forgive.

James 4:8 “Come near to God, and he will come near to you. Make your hands clean, you evildoers; put away deceit from your hearts, you false in mind.”

Phil Wickham ‘I Believe’ Stirring Unplugged Live Performance

One of the most talented and popular people in the Christian music scene, Phil Wickham, turned in a stunning and chilling acoustic live performance of his tune “I Believe.”

Jesus Christ willingly went to the cross, bearing the sins and transgressions of the entire world on his back. He endured a wholly undeserving and agonizing death on behalf of you and me. He paid the ultimate price as a sacrifice, winning forever the victory over sin and death.

It is because of His death and resurrection that all can now have everlasting life with Him. His blood that was shed upon the cross that day and His message of love and forgiveness have changed and are still changing lives today. That forgiveness of sins is a gift offered to all who would call upon His name.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Phil and a handful of friends sing “I Believe,” a song about Christ’s message of forgiveness and salvation. The musicians sing out that given how much Christ has done for them and how he has changed their lives, they could never turn their back on Him. They will never be ashamed of the gospel.

“No, I’ll never be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ
How could I ever walk away from the One who saved my life?
No, I’ll never be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ
How could I ever walk away from the One who saved my life?”

What a beautiful song about the life-changing power of Jesus Christ wonderfully performed.

Several who commented on the video’s YouTube link wholeheartedly agreed.

“I love this song. I crank it in my car and sing my heart out,” one person wrote.

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Beautiful song!” a second individual added.

Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to everyone that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

He's Got The World World In His Hands' Wintley Phipps Upbeat Rendition

This version of ‘He's Got The World World In His Hands’ is not to be missed. Wintley Phipps is a Trinidadian-American singer, songwriter, and minister with a deep bass-baritone voice.

His rendition of this popular song is moving and powerful. Reminding you of who God is and his purpose for this world.

‘He’s Got the Whole World In His Hands’ is a traditional African-American spiritual published in 1927. The song became more mainstream when a 13-year-old English singer named Laurie London released a take on it in 1957.

Over the years others have released their versions of the song such as Mahalia Jackson, whose version hit the top charts in 1958, or singers such as Marian Anderson, Nina Simone, Odetta, James Booker, Andy Williams, and Pat Boone.

You can also find the song in movies such as Con Air and Rocketman. You probably remember learning the song at some point in your life and have taught it to the younger generations.

The song reminds us that God has the world in his hands and is in control of everything. It reminds us that we shouldn’t worry because he has us, every single one of us. God is here and cares about everything that we do and everything that happens to us.

The lyrics, “He’s got the little tiny baby in His hands. He’s got the little tiny baby in His hands. He’s got the little tiny baby in His hands, he’s got the whole world in His hands” talks about the fact that he cares about everyone, even the smallest among us.

There is so much going on in the world today that can stress us out, both in our personal lives and those around us. Having a song like this to remind us of God’s nature is a comfort.

“The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” - Psalms 24:1

Anthem Lights Stunning A Cappella ‘It Is Well With My Soul’ Rendition

The incredibly talented vocalists who make up the group Anthem Lights have turned in yet another fantastic performance, with a lovely rendition of the classic hymn “It is Well with My Soul.”

Hymns are classic, beautifully written and truth-filled pieces of music that tell of the love, mercy and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Despite being hundreds of years old in some cases, those hymns are still as relevant today as when they were first written. They continue to be performed in churches throughout the country and the world.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Anthem Lights, a group well known for their mesmerizing harmonies, brilliant covers and epic musical mashups, perform an a cappella version of “It is Well with My Soul.”

“And Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight
The clouds be rolled as a scroll
The trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend
Even so, it is well with my soul”

Their rendition is outstanding. Their harmonies are, once again, beautiful, perfectly blended and create a sound you’ll want to listen to repeatedly.

Not only do the guys sound terrific, but they are using their God-given talents to sing and spread Christ’s message of hope, love and forgiveness.

The beloved hymn describes the peace that surpasses all understanding only offered by Jesus Christ. In life, many events and situations will try, test and stretch our faith. There may be no reason and no applicable answer for those circumstances.

However, despite what we may encounter or come up against in this life, we can rest on the assurance that everything is well with our soul. Christ went to the cross, bled and died, and later rose again, winning the victory over death and sin. If we remain in Christ, it truly is well with our soul.

John 16:33 “I have said all these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble: but take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Lorrie Morgan's Moving Performance Of ‘A Picture Of Me (Without You)' On Larry’s Country Diner

Country music singer Lorrie Morgan gave a chilling performance of her tune “A Picture of Me (Without You)” on Larry’s Country Diner.

Musicians write and sing about a variety of topics. They may cover political issues they are passionate about or some current event or topic. But without a doubt, the most covered topic in music is love. That could be a tune about a new and exciting relationship or a deep, committed relationship where the two people have been together for decades. Sadly, plenty of songs detail the end of a relationship and the pain because of it.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Lorrie performs “A Picture of Me. (Without You)” It’s a song about a romantic relationship that has ended, and she is not handling the breakup well. In fact, the entire song is about how heartbroken she is over the relationship ending.

“Imagine a world where no music was playing
And think of a church with nobody praying
Have you ever looked up at a sky with no blue
Then you’ve seen a picture of me without you”

That opening verse certainly qualifies Lorrie’s song as a break-up tune. Who would want to experience any of those things? All of them sound terrible. Who would want to experience a world in which music was nonexistent? A sky without any shade of blue? No way!

But the worst yet has to be going into a church where prayer is not taking place. Prayer is essential for a walk and a relationship with the Almighty.

That opening verse and the entire song are heartbreaking. But it is well-written and helps to convey the deep emotional pain she must have been feeling. No one would ever want to go through any of those things.

But thankfully, there is One who provides comfort to all who are hurting and in pain. Christ is faithful, always loving and never leaves or forsakes us in our time of need.

Praise God!

Isaiah 41:10 “Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes, I will be your helper; yes, my true right hand will be your support.”

Wesley Pritchard ‘When I Get Carried Away’ Live Performance

One immensely talented singer, Wesley Pritchard, provided the lead vocals on a moving, upbeat and catchy performance of “When I Get Carried Away,” a tune about walking past those pearly gates and entering Heaven.

Time, as the old saying goes, waits for no man. Time is constantly moving, which means that every day and every second that passes brings us closer to the end of our allotted time on Earth. That may be a morbid and unpleasant thought, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

There are a lot of unknowns surrounding death. But for Christians, death does not have to be something to be feared. Jesus Christ, with His death on the cross and resurrection, defeated sin and death. He offers all salvation and everlasting life with Him.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Wesley and a group of other talented vocalists sing about that joyous and celebratory moment when they enter Heaven and hear their name called. This is a time that all Christians, believers and followers of Christ eagerly look forward to, being in His presence.

“I’m gonna let the glory roll when the roll is called in Glory
I’m gonna get beside myself when I get beside the King that day
I’m gonna have the time of my life when the time of my life is over
I’m gonna get carried away when I get carried away”

What a beautiful song that perfectly captures the joy and the happiness that will be felt by all that day. What a wonderful and glorious day it will be when we are reunited with loved ones who have passed on before us.

But to top it off, we’ll be in the presence of the one true King: Jesus Christ. It’s almost too much to comprehend and imagine!

John 14:3 “And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to be with me, so that you may be where I am.”
