Greetings my fellow traveling enthusiasts! The word of the week is: flexible. In my estimation, it is critical that when planning, executing or enjoying your vacation, that you remain flexible. Remember, unimaginable things happen which simply cannot be planned for. But it’s not the plan-changing circumstance that’s important, it’s what you DO with the information/circumstance that matters. A train is missed, the flight is canceled, your room isn’t ready, flat tire, bad clams, rainy weather, cranky teenagers, beach closures…do I need to go on? Take a breath and be calm, you’re on vacation. Let the added annoyance roll off your back like a bead of sweat cascading down your spinal column in the Mexican August humidity.
